The RG-351P is an Android gaming handheld released in 2020 by the Chinese manufacturer Anbernic. It is built around the RockChip RK3326 with 1 GB DDR3, has a 3.5 inch IPS 320 x 480 display, and uses a 3500 mAh battery. Its documented emulation ceiling is PS1 full speed, placing it in the mid-range tier for Android-based emulation and game streaming. Notable hardware features include video output, Dual USB-C OTG, WiFi (internal only on 1st batch, all following batches require external WiFi dongle).
How far can it go?
Runs everything up to PlayStation 1 at full speed, and pushes as far as PSP with some compromises.
Realistic ceiling: SNES FX & 3D PS1 (60 FPS), 2D PSP mostly playable but 3D PSP needs frameskip, N64 & Dreamcast mostly playable for easier to emulate games

Notes
Anbernic aliexpress store sent out a message that there is an issue on the first batch models of a buzzing noise produced while WiFi is on. They were unable to fix this problem so they will remove internal WiFi on later models, but you should still be able to use an external WiFi USB dongle. There have also been reports of input lag, but Anbernic dev TonyJih says that has been fixed.
