The PowKiddy Q90 is a horizontal retro gaming handheld released in 2019 by the Chinese manufacturer PowKiddy. It is built around the Allwinner F1C100S with 32 MB SDRAM, has a 2.8 inch IPS 320 x 240 display, and uses a 1500 mAh BP-4L (Swappable) battery. Its documented emulation ceiling is GENESIS full speed, placing it in the budget tier for retro game emulation.
How far can it go?
Runs everything up to Genesis / Mega Drive at full speed, and pushes as far as SNES with some compromises.
Realistic ceiling: GBA mostly runs fine, some non-FX SNES & 2D PS1 runs ok but can be laggy
