The Odin is a Windows gaming handheld released in 2022 by the Chinese manufacturer AYN Technologies. It is built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with 4 GB LPDDR4x (Base) 8 GB LPDDR4x (Pro), has a 5.98 inch IPS Touchscreen 1920 x 1080 display, and uses a 6600 mAh battery. Its documented emulation ceiling is Wii full speed, placing it in the premium retro tier for PC games and high-end emulation. Notable hardware features include active cooling, video output, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 support.
How far can it go?
Runs everything up to Nintendo Wii at full speed, and pushes as far as PlayStation 2 with some compromises.
